With clouds in the sky filled with poetry and imagination, and with wonderful brushwork bringing ideas to life, the 4th “Photography of Cloud” Image Creation Contest concluded successfully. The event was jointly organized by the Macau Meteorological and Geophysical Bureau and the Macau Science Center, and co-organized by the Macau Comics Practitioners Association.
As a signature Macau science-education art program, the competition features real cloud-scene photos combined with tablet-based digital artwork. It blends meteorological knowledge with digital art, giving clouds unique stories and artistic meaning.
This year, the competition received over 900 submissions, reflecting even higher public participation. Building on previous years, the event also included a “Online Audience Choice Award”. Across Macau, nearly 13,000 people voted online. Based on the public voting results, P6D student Wong Hong Kim from our school won the “Online Best Popularity Award” thanks to a fresh and innovative concept.
