K2K3 Teachers and Students Enjoy a Chinese Music Performance

On February 5, 2026, K2K3 teachers and students enjoyed a unique Chinese music performance, spending a morning filled with surprises and the atmosphere of musical art. The event began with the host appearing in a lively Nezha costume, guiding the children through a fun story of searching for the celestial dog, while leading them on a journey across several UNESCO World Heritage sites in Macao. Cleverly woven into the storytelling were Chinese music performances, which fully engaged the audience.

The Macao Orchestra performed a variety of pieces, including the classic Fengyang Flower Drum, the playful Old MacDonald Had a Farm, and the popular Golden. This diverse repertoire showcased the expressive richness of Chinese music and introduced children to the four main categories of instruments: Wind Instruments, Plucked String Instruments, Percussion Instruments, and Bowed String Instruments.

The children listened attentively, clapping along with the rhythm and responding interactively, creating a warm and lively atmosphere. This event not only allowed them to experience the charm of Chinese music firsthand, but also planted seeds of appreciation for traditional culture in their hearts. Through music, they were able to sense the profound heritage of Chinese art—making this a campus arts experience that combined beauty with educational value.
